Program Overview
Our Strategic Partner and Alliance Resources is a multi-tiered program offering opportunities, profitability and service to all levels of resale interest. The Qqest goal is to establish a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with our alliances through continual improvement and new development of products to meet the needs of your customer.
Lead Referrals
Qqest offers high level lead referrals created through promotional and direct mailings, advertisements, press releases, trade shows, etc. Numerous inquiries are generated by these methods. Each inquirer is promptly forwarded literature and a demonstration cdrom, or referred to one of our strategic partners. Qualified leads are sent to partners based upon location and market interest. A minimum number of lead referrals is not guaranteed.
We understand that some potential customers may attempt to purchase direct from Qqest Software Systems. To prevent this we recommend you register your leads in the partner database at Qqest. As of the day the customer is registered, they will be locked in your name for a period of six months. Registration can be renewed for an additional six months with your approval. Note: registration is a first registered, first locked. Do not delay in registering your leads. Qqest will not be responsible for sales to other partners, or for late registration.

Training
Customized internet training is available for your customers through our OPTions Online Personalized Training. OPTions is required training by partners, and is included in all Start-Up Packages.
Warranties
All Qqest software and hardware products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days after the date of purchase to end-users and partners. This can be extended to one year by purchase of an Extended Service Agreement (ESA) and renewed annually.
Per the selected warranty, all service and technical support is provided by professionally trained technicians at the Qqest Service Center. All warranties include unlimited access via a toll free number to our Technical HelpLine. Technical assistance is also provided via fax, email, and internet means.
A HelpLine is provided via a separate toll free number for representatives, dealers, distributors, etc. This line is not for the end-user.
Payment Terms
Payment may be by credit card, C.O.D., or advance wire. Payment terms for members are net terms based upon approved credit evaluation.
What do we look for in a partner?
There are several characteristics that stand out when we compare successful partners to those who are not so successful. Qqest takes great pride in its’ products and in the quality of people who sell them. We consider our partners and alliances to be among the very best in the industry. It is with this in mind that we have tried to design multiple levels of alliances to fit everyone’s level of expertise and sales commitment. Margins are based upon volume commitments; profit points are based upon volume.

Consultants provide only the level of
information they desire to the potential
customer. Dependent upon the level of product
presentation, they will earn from 5% ( finders fee ) for
referral only, up to 10% for an Authorized Qqest
representative to provide information, and complete the
sale.

Bronze Level for Partners doing $25,000 or less in wholesale dollars per year.
|
|
Silver Level for Partners doing $25,000 to $75,000 wholesale dollars per year.
|
|
Gold Level for Partners doing $75,000 to $150,000 wholesale dollars per year.
|
|
Platinum Level for Partners doing in excess of $150,000 wholesale dollars per year.

All Authorized levels may have the option of developing networks
of partners reporting to them. The total dollar volume of all
partners in that network contribute to the distributors’s
volume.
Positions are available in the
United States and internationally for higher volume producers.
Express approval must be obtained from Qqest Software Systems,
Inc.
International Partners and Alliances
Because of our size and products we attract partners worldwide. Qqest Software Systems currently has products in more than 42 countries internationally. Because of distance and language restrictions we require at least one individual be fluent in English. All funds must be placed on credit card, or wired in advance of shipment unless otherwise approved.
Exclusive Territories
Exclusive territories are not granted within the United States. Qqest fully recognizes and appreciates the dedication and hard work our partners put into each sale. Because of these efforts we feel that sales, or referrals to branch offices outside a given area should remain with the original partner, given they are actively pursuing the sale and have registered the potential customer with Qqest. Qqest will not take responsibility for the loss of sales to another partner.
Exclusive territories are not typically granted to international partners. However, given the issues of selling a product produced outside their own country, Qqest is open to discussions regarding exclusive territories internationally.
